- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
- Non-Returnable: Used protective gear (hygiene reasons) and customized items
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping costs non-refundable)

3. Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original packaging and tags. Include the return authorization number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
4. Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your return.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
